Verbal Communication is the use of sounds and words to express yourself, especially in contrast to using gestures or mannerisms and the sharing of information between individuals by using speech.Example of this is when you are saying “No” to a person when someone asks you to do something you don't want to do. Ø They say “Language is symbolic” because it stands for something else.   Symbols can make our conversation easier by just sending emoticons, stickers, GIF and shortcuts that symbolizes the words we want to say.
